Madden 23, 24, & 25
I was part of the QA and Design team for Madden Ultimate Team (MUT), and I focused on various aspects of the user experience in the mode. I ensured that challenges functioned properly, were well-balanced, and fun for most users. I ensured that players earned in the mode functioned as well, and had no missing art assets or missing abilities. I also worked on the ingame store to ensure that offers were properly displayed, pack odds functioned as intended, and the contents were identical to what was advertised. Additional tasks I did included creating and editing SQL statements, providing feedback of the mode’s status to producers and directors, creating bug report meetings to mitigate future escaped bugs, and creating quality reports of how well content releases were handled.
College Football 25
Conducted blackbox testing of a variety of the games modes including Franchise, CUT, and Play Now. I also checked that ingame messaging was properly being given to players, and that the messages were functioning properly. Additionally I provided creative feedback and support for the game so future releases will meet players’ desires going forward.
CALL OF DUTY: bLACK oPS cOLD wAR (2020)
I worked as a Veteran Tester who assisted with progression retention between Warzone and Cold War, along with Cross Launch support of the title with Modern Warzone. Additional assistance on post launch content is being provided while simultaneously assisting with Call of Duty Warzone’s post launch content and compatibility with Modern Warfare.
Call of duty: WarZone (2020)
I worked as a Veteran Tester on the project for a department of Activision located just outside of Minneapolis, MN. Individually I compiled bugs which would be entered into Jira, completed verify sweeps, implemented test plans, and participated in cross-studio playtests. Additionally, I’d assist project leads and seniors with low level management of newer testers and onboard them to the project, collect logs and assist with build installation across all platforms, lead progression tests with groups of 10-30 testers, and manage issues encountered by small groups of testers (3-20 testers) during playtests.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019)
I worked as a QA tester for a department of Activision located just outside of Minneapolis, MN. I worked with a team that performed ad hoc testing on the game, reported any bugs to the development teams, conducted verify sweeps to ensure bug fixes were implemented, and ensured that the game’s features were polished at release.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 (2019)
I worked as a playtester at Red Storm Entertainment located in Raleigh, NC. I conducted white-box testing on the title, conducted PVP and PVE playtests, and provided feedback from a player’s point of view to the development teams on the project.
